Second time having our toddlers hair cut at trotters, we’ve had two different stylists but both equally as friendly and professional as each other.
There etiquettes with dealing with children is amazing, so patient and in all honestly I don’t know how they manage to do such a good job with a wriggly two year old lol! Outstanding! Overall atmosphere in store is calm, the Westfield store manager is welcoming, friendly and has an amazing aura. Perfect front of house leader!

Really good first haircut my son just turned 1 years old , so was anxious and scared but Jordanna made the experience better with her approach and which helped to calm him down .
