Due to a last minute change in venue from Kensington to Westfield we were worried that this was issue waiting to arise. Ana was exception and given the fact it was our child’s first haircut we were exceptional nervous.
It goes without saying we will be booking Ana again (@Kings Road).
Boys' Haircuts
little interaction with my daughter. Offered her a sticker and then said i' thought you would be too old for a sticker' which made my daughter a bit confused. Apparently due to covid?! they can no longer plait the childs hair after . How ludicrous. Trotters has always been overpriced but at 20pounds for that service, it says it all and we wont be going back.

Boys' Haircuts
The hair cuts were good but didn't feel personal. We came early and we got seen earlier as the people before us hadn't turned up but when they did it was all rushed. I guess it is or fault for booking within the first week of reopening.

Great experience and Charlotte is fantastic! My only issue is the imprecision with boys sideburns. Always difficult to nail!
