Took my son for his haircut. Although the hair stylist was pretty patient with my son ( very talkative), was not happy with his haircut. Appeared to be uneven in places and haiir stylist could have tidied up a bit more. My partner and I did raise this with the stylist, however she blamed my son for being fidgety! We left as didn't want my son losing more hair than needed to be! It was a very expensive hair cut for a 4 year old ☹. Disappointed.

I am disappointed that I was unable to choose the hairdresser through this new booking website. I am also not happy with the haircut for my daughter- the bang looks like it’s been done by someone with no experience. Not happy at all
