We had our girls first haircut on Sunday morning with Charlotte and she was amazing! Super friendly and professional. I was very happy with how tidy her hair looks whilst still maintaining her length. She has curly hair and it’s now easy to manage and very bouncy. She was frightened to get on the chair at first but wasn’t long before she was loving all of Charlotte’s attention, the blow-dry, fish tank and the fancy hair clips! Thank you Charlotte :)

Very impatient. She wanted to rush it. And the result did not look professional. It was not symmetrical. And got it too short despite me showing a picture of exactly what style and length i wanted

We were not at all happy with the haircut. Totally inexperienced n kept asking which trimmers to use.
The end result was a HORRID hair cut and experience.
