My children’s haircut experience was really disappointed.I always go to trotters and have the best experience, but not this time. The person who did the haircut asked us at the beginning if we preferred scissors or machine, like always I told her to use only scissors. She suddenly started using the machine, and even though I was telling her not to use it she kept using it. I couldn’t understand why, it was really annoying. She said she wasn’t going to use it directly on her skin, but she did.

Our son has had his haircut with Charlotte a couple of times now, and loves it! Every time we have come to get the cut, Charlotte takes her time, explains things to our little boy who is only 3, she is super patient, loving, and we always leave so happy. I honestly can not praise Charlotte enough and the experience she provides, and not to mention that the haircut looks amazing. Will definitely be booking again soon.
