Very impatient. She wanted to rush it. And the result did not look professional. It was not symmetrical. And got it too short despite me showing a picture of exactly what style and length i wanted

We were not at all happy with the haircut. Totally inexperienced n kept asking which trimmers to use.
The end result was a HORRID hair cut and experience.

My boy's haircut went terrible as he wasn't 100% and kept crying throughout the whole time. However, I would've appreciated it's his 1st haircut and more time was spent treating him properly and patiently. The whole experience felt rushed in the 20 min appointment window as we felt the hairdresser was worried about going over the time limit so she had rushed through the haircut whilst my boy was crying rather than comforting and being patient until he settled down. Hopefully its better next time
