I have travelled from outside of London as I wanted the "special" experience for first haircut of my 2year old boy.
The lady was absolutely lacking the approach for children - which you would expect going to child's hairdressing saloon! As soon as he looked at her, she made no attempt to get friendly with him or anything. So he ended up crying terribly throughout! She even mimicked him which made him sob even more! I didn't want to make a scene so didn't make any comment at the time

The way they made us feel was really excellent she explained how to help with the curls etc. Was very good with my grandson

We had a great experience with my almost 2 year old toddler. Charlotte was great in keeping him occupied, calm & did an amazing job on his haircut. Lovely atmosphere for the kiddos with a fish tank & my little one was awarded with a sticker, certificate & some chocolate which he was over the moon about! Thanks Trotter’s and Charlotte for a great experience. Will definitely be back.

I wouldn’t go here again. My boys first haircut. They didn’t settle him in or put a gown on him and started cutting with me holding him down and I had hair all over me. Terrible experience.
