Lovely first haircut for a 5 year old girl - great explanation of the process, checked throughout that we were happy with the cut/ style. As for the 5 year old, she loved her haircut, and the chocolate coin (!!) and raved about the experience to her friends at school the following day.

Alicia was great. First time using her as our usual hairdresser was off sick and I was abit hesitant using someone new after past experience but she knew exactly what she was doing and did exactly what I had asked rather than what she felt was best.
