We were 4 minutes late. Our boy was crying and was sick but after that he was ok he was just crying as he normally does. She wasn’t able to complete the haircut and did a bent fringe for him and said book an appointment next week and I will fix it. She said oh I’m not going to do it cos he’s crying but then said she has other appointments and told us to come next week? So we left with incomplete and untidy haircut when we had an event on that day. She wasn’t willing to tidy it up even a bit
