Hodan is lovely and kids haircuts is a hard job so I can understand missed hairs here and there. I think the hair cut area and the tools could be more sanitised however as my boy got a rash after

Charlotte was exceptionally good with Keanu, the haircut was great and she kept him engaged all the way to the end - thank you Charlotte for making Keanu’s first haircut memorable. Even got some nice pics taken by her next to the giant fish tank.
