This was for our daughter’s first haircut. From the moment we got there, both staff members ensured we were well looked after. Apologies I can’t remember her name (the lady who cut my daughter’s hair) but she was so lovely and I’m sure that’s why my daughter didn’t cry at all for her haircut. She was really kind.
There was another lady who assisted us in getting the Trotters passport ready and explaining what it is I need to do re collecting the stamps. Cannot fault them. Best experience.

Brilliant hairdresser who listens to what you want! It’s a lovely calm environment for children with a beautiful fish tank and nice books to look at while they have their haircut. My 5 year old son loves it - 10/10!

It’s unfortunately hit and miss with Trotters Westfield! While most hair dressers are skilled and experienced with children, and generally pleasant, there’s always one odd one that makes us think twice before rebooking. Some of the best there include Rita, Aden and the Muslim girl in hijab (sorry cant remember name!) Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience with Charlotte who was tough with my child and rushed. Most of the others end the girls hair cut with a lovely style too!
