I wasn’t very happy with my daughters first haircut. I showed the stylist a picture that I tend to tie it up in two bunches and I wanted a wispy fringe however she proceeded to cut it to how it was falling on one side and didn’t cut a proper fringe. By the time I mentioned it and she tried to fix it the “fringe” ended up being cut too short and more a blunt front fringe.
I don’t think i’ll be returning to trotters again.

Great salon - my kids loved the fish tank - but felt that the hairdresser didn’t listen to what I asked for. Took off far too much (and cut my son’s sideburns) even though I was very specific about wanting to maintain hair length / style for a particular event. It’s a lovely hair cut but not at all what I asked for / wanted and been stressing about it ever since.
