I accept was a few mins late, but this wasn’t the experience I thought I would get.
Was so rushed and then the stylist walked off after the cut to get a coffee.
The cut was ok and I accept my daughter was crying and upset fine. But not a great experience from a supposed high end children’s brand.

Had my daughter’s first haircut and usually she doesn’t like her hair being washed and combed but the atmosphere and fishtank was so lovely she sat through the whole thing and didn’t cry. Louisa was absolutely brilliant and I loved her haircut and exceptional service. Thank you Louisa!
