On getting home realised his fringe was not cut evenly, it Felt like the stylist wanted to get it over with. Appt was at 1.20, I arrived at 1.22 and someone else was in the seat & was told my appointment was given away as I was 5 mins late until I challenged this. Fortunately the misunderstanding was dealt with but there should be a grace period allowed of at least 5 mins late until- especially with young children.
The shop also was busy and the venue was cramped / not ideal for little ones
