Eden did a great job, interacted great with my daughter. She is only 20 months old and didn't cry at all throughout the process. When Eden saw that she was scared of the blow dryer he did not insist and stopped immediately before my daughter got upset. Overall great experience and I really love her new haircut.

I left my 6yo with the stylist for 10 mn while I went to return something to the next shop. when I came back the stylist was already busy with her next appointment. Apparently my slot was for 4:50 although my Tratwell confirmed for 5pm.The haircut was not fisnished and I was asked to come back another day .
I came back within a couple of days at 6pm - as agreed on the phone - unfortunately another customer was there already and I had to wait for 15mn.

So glad we choose Trotters for our sons 1st hair cut. The fish tank distracted him well but truthfully I think he would of been happy sitting with Hodan anyways. She was very friendly with us all and put my son at ease quickly. The hair cut was super fast but done very well.
We will be back for future hair cuts!
