The worst haircut at Trotters today. The hairdresser did not seem ok with cutting boys layers scissor cut - my son's hair looked terrible. Only 20 mins allocated and so she couldnt make it better as next customer was complaining she didnt want to wait! We didnt want razor cut but that is what she wanted to do to save time. Bad experience.

Our son was screaming and unhappy to get his haircut, Rawdah gave us complementary haircut to finish the first one cause my son didn’t allow her to finish it the first time. What an amazing person you are thank you so much for putting up with us and giving my son a lovely haircut. We will defo be back thanks again xx
