I thought getting a haircut at trotters would be a great experience and a great haircut. Although our hairdresser Leah was lovely I felt very unsatisfied with my toddlers haircut. She trimmed it but it didn’t look great and she didn’t even bother styling her hair. The other hairdresser I’m glad we didn’t get because I saw her being rude to the little boy while cutting his hair. I would never go back there or at least not the Westfield location especially for that price I would’ve cut it myself.

For a child centred salon, they weren’t particularly child focused. No entertainment, they initially said they couldn’t cut my child’s hair if he sat on my lap. Given the price point you’d expect a service that caters for children. I’ve had much better experiences at much more affordable locations. Perhaps this works for older children.

She is friendly, kind, and patient. She makes every experience calm and easy. She makes the time go quickly. She’s simply amazing and I hope the store manager knows how much of an asset she is!

Hodan was a wonderful stylist with a warm, friendly manner that really helped my daughter enjoy herself and relax while getting her hair cut. Will be going there again!
