My 1 year old was nervous during the experience and was moving a lot but the hairdresser had little empathy and after a short while basically told me she couldn’t cut his hair anymore and I left with his hair in chunks

It was my daughter’s first haircut and was really nervous, but the staff at Trotters Westfield put her nerves at ease and made it a really enjoyable experience. She lived Monika and has asked when we’ll be going back!
