a wonderful lady did an amazing job. they have the fantastic fish tank to watch while the little ones get their hair cut. we went in on a Friday afternoon and it was nice an peaceful

We arrived on time for our appointment, however the store was pretty much closed. The staff were grabbing coats and jackets and closing the store, The hairdresser kept us waiting, They performed a very rushed and unprofessional haircut on our baby daughter and pretty much couldnt wait to be finished to leave. She did not make the baby feel comfortable, she didnt wet the hair so bits of hair were all over babys face and eyes. Hairdresser didnt even attempt to brush it off the cut hair.
