Was nervous at first as I haven’t had a new hairdresser in so long, but the stylist (I didn’t catch her name) really put me at ease and did a great job with my hair!

arrived at salon to find it empty of customers, instead staff sitting around with small children you have to step over. told to go to the back room and immediately told there was no availability for my booked appointment and would be cancelled (this communicated through a closed door...). really unimpressed by this first impression and having to explain that had already made a booking with Treatwell. finally someone came out and agreed to do the eyelash tint, which in itself was ok, but won't be coming back!
