Really great sports massage from Daniel - my body feels so much lighter! Very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to stay away from injuries during training. Daniel listened to where I said my main problems were (quads and upper back) and he made sure he spent a lot of time on these problem areas. Very chatty, welcoming, and had a lovely atmosphere about him. Would definitely recommend! Brilliant value
