Bethany is great! She addressed all the problem areas that I asked her to focus on. I had some old injures and did an amazing job. After the massage she also provided some recommendations on stretching exercises and how to avoid future injuries.

Had my first deep tissue massage with Wynn at Trutpie. It's a really nice venue, comfortable warm temperature in the room and nice environment in the old biscuit factory. Wynn is lovely and made me feel very comfortable! She's also a fab masseuse and really managed to get deep into my tight shoulder and neck muscles (I do a lot of boxing and have some serious tension in here!) Feeling great a couple of days later and definitely going to book in again :) would highly recommend.
