Really bad experience. I come here every month and it’s normally fine but this time they told me my booking had not come through from Treatwell, forced me to pay again, told me that I had to get in touch with Treatwell to arrange a refund from them so I’m now £70 down, I’ll have to spend god knows how long trying to get a refund from Treatwell meanwhile they’ve got their cash and have to do nothing - he also chased me down the street to tell me it hadn’t gone through, it had. Terrible experience
