No paper knickers and the therapist didn’t leave the room while undressing. Quick and efficient wax, good if you’re in a rush, but not for those that prefer more of a spa experience.

I had the HD Brow Treatment which was £30, although £5 more than the nearest salon it was worth every penny. I found Natalie to be friendly, efficient but also very professional, it was a 30 minute treatment but Natalie talked me through what was involved, she did leave me twice to see to two ladies on separate occasions, they were having very quick treatments and I didn't mind. That maybe the only downside as she was on her own, but I will certainly not hesitate to go back. Very pleased!
