Unfortunately, I did not have my treatment because Natalia was in holiday but on Treatwell her name was avaliando changed all my plans for the weekend and booked my appointment.
When I arrived at the salons and for my surprise, I was told that Natalia was on holiday. I informed that her name was available and the response I had was - we have two columns and we are two people here today, and you should have called before, I’m it in charge to update Treatwell. I left and will not come back.
