Since Natalia has not been in the salon the service I received has gone very downhill. I couldn’t make my original booking I did change it with enough notice and was accepted to come at 3pm another day.
When I got there I was told to come back later

Natalia was caring and welcoming on arrival. Treatments were great and Natalia was good with attention to detail.
Natalia was able to add an extra wax treatment on for me at the end which wasn’t part of my book and I was very grateful for this!

I was supposed to have Natalia but didn’t. The whole experience was not luxury but the lady was nice. The salon was not clean, the selection was not very expansive and you couldn’t easily see the colours as they were on a wall above a chair in the way. Both the mani and pedi were very rough. I have small cuts from filing on my toes and the soles of my feet still have lots of dead skin on them. Very expensive so I’m pretty dissapointed
