It was noisy as could hear all the commotion outside the salon as the door was left open. Couldn't really relax. The ambience and setting could have been much better with some candles and relaxing music. Treatment itself was good. Skin looks much better. There were shopping bags on the floor in the treatment room and it was very disorganised. Theres lots of little things that need a lot of attention to make the whole experience nicer and appealing.
