The venue was very clean and the overall service was good. However, the therapist was very interested in her mobile phone and speaking to her children throughout the treatment. The treatment therefore took much longer than would have been expected. The actual treatment was good but the excessive talking and making me wait to be greeted (as she was on a personal video call on her mobile phone) and speaking to her children throughout the treatment really let the experience down.
