It was not the shellac manicure as booked and they wanted to charge £20 more for that. The standard of manicure was very poor as was the polish application.

I've been seeing Syed for laser hair removal. He's a lovely guy, takes his work and his clients seriously, and is attentive to detail which is really important. He always communicates what he's doing and he has a really thorough knowledge of the treatment he's doing and what I need. He really puts me at ease when I see him. He's also a stickler for cleanliness and order and the room's always properly cleaned, neat, and tidy. I'd absolutely recommend him and his business.

Had a chemical peel done and it gave my skin the deetox it needed, could really notice the difference the next morning. Very very happy!!

Filed my nail plate with a rough file, wasn’t going to touch cuticles. No colour options. Poor products. No hygiene precautions for equipment such as cuticles snippers at all, just pulled out of a drawer and overall job could have to be honest done myself. Not great
