What a disappointment! I showed up for the massage. The lady was finishing with a client and said that she would only be 5 minutes. That wasn’t a problem - I came back. I waited an additional 15 minutes for her to finish with the client. She then said she would be back in 5 minutes and closed the shop. I waited over 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and she never returned. Such a disappointment, especially as I had paid for childcare to treat myself that afternoon.

Natalia was fantastic, making sure all the customers were looked after and running the show on her own with a permanent smile. Loved my feet, just perfect before my vacation. Thankyou Natalia for making my feet look pretty. Cannot wait to visit again.

I just didn’t have a good experience. Overlap of appointments. Fine.
Then I booked for extended bikini line and she barely removed hair from the bikini line. Paid extra for no reason. Super rushed.
Did my eyebrows and she didn’t even ask me how I wanted them and didn’t even let me check the final result. Didn’t give me anything to clean the area.
It was supposed to be a relaxing moment and instead it gave me stress!
I Hate to leave this kind of review but it is needed.
