The brows came out well, however, when I got there I was only a couple of minutes early and the therapist seemed a little annoyed that I had come in for my appointment and made me feel like I had done something wrong just by showing up... I'd like to note that the store wasn't exactly busy so I didn't expect the frosty reception that I got.

I think it would be a nice idea to have some sort of screen at front of store
Maybe mesh curtains.
Not nice to have view of savers customers queuing at the checkout.
Also to have some lounge music softly playing.
