I booked a Lycon g-string wax (quoted at £20 on treatwell website). I received a bikini wax at best and was charged £40, Complete rip off! In addition I had a lot of wax left on me. Given the location of the front desk (very public) and the nature of my treatment, it made it very awkward to dispute the charge. I will not go back and suggest avoiding! Very disappointing!
