I was nervous, but Mary was great. First session was quite uncomfortable (in that getting the hairs exploded under your skin is uncomfortable), but Mary was great at sympathising, reminding me to breathe, and got me through it quickly and easily. Unbelievable results in just the first session, worth every zap.
