Nice spa. Lovely pool and decor. Changing rooms well equiped and sauna very good. Jacuzzi not very hot and steam room not as steamy as would have liked. Also there was no light in the steam room. On booking it sounded like infared sauna was included in price paid but it was actually £15 extra so we didnt use it. 🙁
Staff were very friendly and treatments both enjoyed by me and my partner. Have already recommended to friends.
My friend and I were looking for a spa and overnight stay on a budget and this ticked all the boxes. We had a spa treatment each and full use of the spa. Afternoon tea at the hotel and a stay in a lovely large bedroom. The staff were friendly warm and helpful. Definitely be going back!
Lovely facilities but the treatment received was disappointing. Staff were helpful and friendly but little extras would have made experience better
Really lovely and helpful staff, it was very relaxing and only 4 people in there so it felt like we had the place to ourselves!
