It was overall an excellent experience. A couple of communication issues e. g. We arrived just in time for our appointment but the booking-in process meant we were rushed and I didn't get my full treatment time. If I'd been taken straight through after filling in the client form, we'd have been fine but we were asked to get changed downstairs in the locker room etc. That was a bit disappointing.
Also my friend was booked with a male therapist which hadn't been made clear and she didn't feel comfortable with that. Her appointment was rescheduled for later but that meant we didn't have them at the same time.
The changing room was quite chilly! Especially compared to the rest of the facilities.
Lastly I had spoken to staff when booking to tell them I was pregnant and make that clear, however it was a surprise to the staff on arrival.
I would say the administration is needing improvement.
Otherwise staff were professional and friendly, we had a relaxing time. The pregnancy massage was excellent, my therapist have very good and helpful advice following my treatment and I thought she went the extra mile.

Great to have these facilities in the centre of a town, overall we had a nice afternoon using the facilities.

Unfortunately there was a very loud group with us which ruined the ambience
