The staff were very welcoming and friendly - they attended to our every need. My friend and I managed to spend 6 hours relaxing by using all of the facilities. I would highly recommend coming here for whatever your purpose is! :)

I was very impressed with my first visit to Treatwell. The staff were absolutely lovely showed me around the facilities and what i loved was that they checked in with me several times throughout my visit, so attentive and friendly. The infrared sauna was such a treat and ill definitely treat myself again. The facilities are great clean and tidy, overall not too busy which made the relaxation even more special. Shower facilities also fab, great shower pressure and everything i needed in the changing rooms. What took me by surprise was the entrance, its very unassuming which adds to the sense of exclusivity but also passer bus may not know the Spa facilities are there in a central part of Tunbridge Wells. So i heard about Treatwell through word of mouth, which i personally liked! ill tell my friends and colleagues so overall i was really chuffed, can't wait to return.

The venue was good - it was a little run down in some areas and the treatment rooms were freezing. The actual treatment itself was good - enjoyable and relaxing. The woman on the front desk, I think her name was Chloe but I am not 100% sure, was lovely however other members of staff weren't as friendly.
Would go back.
