Facilities were good, but the venue seemed run down and in need of some refurbishments. The staff were friendly enough. It’s a little tucked away and offers no parking. The massage was ‘odd’ in comparison to previous ones I’ve had- almost felt rushed! It was a budget spa afternoon so ultimately good value for money.

Reception staff was rude. Would have been nice to have been advised that the masseuse was going to be a man. Would have liked the option of having a same gender masseuse. Paid for 30 min massage and it actually lasts 20 min.
