I had a headache for days.... I went to have a massage. Neli recognised that I was blocked and gave it (her all) I think. She is a godsend! Very good service at the reception too. Room warm and pleasant! I can highly recommend!

Disappointed with the treatment. Had booked in for back neck and shoulder massage, instead I got a scalp massage and a little rub on my shoulders. Pool was cold. I am a spa therapist myself and this was not a good experience for myself.

It was very quiet on the day we went, the reception were very helpful, however we were disappointed by a few minor things, firstly we booked a 30 minute massage and the two of us only got 25, there was no communication from the person doing the massage because she didn’t speak English and so just pulled you when she wanted you to move a body part.at the end she just walked out of the room without saying anything so I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to get straight up or have a drink or what really. The sauna room had a disgusting smell of mould and cabbage so we got straight out again. It was an ok experience but I wouldn’t pay to go there again.

Facilities clean and functional, IR cabin good. Staff were very brisk and could have been warmer, Probelm- only one towel given through whole process (so you had to use the sweaty one from the sauna after you had a shower which was unpleasant). I asked for a second towel and was told I was not allowed another one for after my shower. Disappointing and spoiled the experience.
