A lovely visit to the spa via a great deal through treatwell. If I had paid more I hold have been disappointed, certain areas are looking a bit tired - the showers in the changing room and toilets. Also the steam room wasn’t in order which was a shame. But overall I thought it was good value.

Quirky little spa in a nice location of Tunbridge Wells. It’s not located at the hotel so had to walk 5 mins down the road. Very clean facilities and nicely set out pool, sauna and steam room. The infrared sauna is chargeable dispite what it says about being included. The staff were not aware that we could book a massage for £25 as stated on the offer. They wanted to charge much more. It was finally resolved with Treatwell but was a bit of a faff for them to honour it. Massage was fanastic. All in all a nice couple of hours. Changing rooms look a little tired. The Retreat also functions as membership gym so was quite busy. Staff were attentive if not a little strict!

Had a lovely lovely time, staff were very helpful and friendly and the actual swimming area was beautiful and relaxing.

Not an amazing experience. Changing rooms very cramped with only a couple of spaces to put things out. Steam room smelt mouldy and jacuzzi was cold. Pool was warm and there were plenty of beds to relax. We didn’t have any treatments so can’t comment on those. The sauna was the highlight.
