Good job and terrible communication that ruined all the good job. I were in a rush to book haircut and coloring on the Treatwell. I didn’t see the balayge option and bought just full head coloring to pick the time slot. When I came I explained to stylist I wanted to have balayge (at least I thought so). He showed me video of his works. Balayage works! Then offered to pick the color… and made me a full head coloring of my natural color. Only after that it was explained to me as I’d paid only for full head coloring so here it is. What this video was all about then? Only after that we agreed that I would pay some extra to have the freaking balayge. (I still have a funny feeling this fact should have come up slightly earlier. BEFORE the coloring in the best case scenario). Then I went to the second cycle. Finally I was short of time and left with wet hair and terrible bouffant as I desperately needed to pick up my kids. Nursery staff had quite a shock I must admit. Of course the bleaching wasn’t finished and I’m a little yellow now. More of that the previous nature coloring got washed up and roots turned a little orange. Summing up, I spent 4.5 hours instead of 2.5, I overpaid and look like overripe pumpkin.
The worst haircut I’ve ever had. It was 10cms shorter than I asked for. I’m so depressed and not happy. Be careful when you give instructions to the hairdresser.
