Arrived on time for my appointment. Was directed to a chair where I was left for 20 minutes without any explanation that the stylist was running late. Booked in for Balayage however the finished result was what looked like a full head of highlights that had been left to grow out for 6 weeks. Not blended in at all unlike previous balayage I have had done in other salons. The cut and blow dry was however good.

Firstly was told that I had to pay an additional £80 of hidden costs after being led to believe I had fully pre paid.
Salon did not have a pleasant atmosphere and I wasn’t put at ease the whole time I was there.
Very dissatisfied with customer service and not happy with overall results.
