My hair is amazing! Couldn’t rate it more, this was the first time trying this salon as recently moved and needed a new one close by. I had a bad experience with a previous hairdresser ruining my hair with what was supposed to be balayage so I was very nervous/apprehensive but tried Tura as had read good reviews. As soon as Han started doing my hair I felt relaxed and he took the time to talk through exactly what I wanted and even showed me videos of previous clients and his idea for my hair. It was such great value for money as I was the only client and Gaye and Han were very attentive and friendly.
I have never had it before where the finished product of your hair looks exactly like the picture you requested it to look like, if not better! Will 100% return. Thank you very much.

I had a 17:30 appointment that I had booked that day. The salon was quiet but it was so light and airy, it was just what was needed after being on a hot tube!
I’ve been trying to find a decent hairdresser for months, alas with no luck... until now! Han was my stylist and there was another lady that washed my hair but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. The washing experience is usually hit and miss but this was really lovely.
I explained to Han what I wanted & that I hadn’t had a good experience at a previous salon. They made my hair look like droopy beagle ears! My hair was past my shoulders and he ended up taking off about 3-4inches. I had been given the long bob I had wanted! I’m so happy, and got so many compliments when I went into work the next day, I’ll definitely be back!
