Upon arrival Donna greets you in a professional manner and explains the treatment process to you. Once ready to start, Donna tells you what part of the treatment she is about to do and what the treatment will do to help your skin. The initial cleansing routine is lovely and the mask element very relaxing. The focus area was my brow and improvements were evident immediately. Very impressed. Will definitely have another treatment and certainly recommend.
