Salon was closed at the time of my appointment. Wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone that day. Did manage to speak to someone the next day and rebooked for later that week. Went in and was asked to come back in 30mins as she was busy. Good thing I live close by! Came back 45mins later and she was just finishing up with the other lady. Wax itself was fine and the lady was nice but won’t be using them again; can’t trust they’ll be open. I did suggest they change their timings on Treatwell as a closed salon can and will our people off!
Well...where start..they advertised here so i booked, just walked in and was told by a gentleman ...Thatvthe hairdresser is OFF today..so why advertise, no acknowledgement of anything, even though i got a confirmed appt.timing by email 😡👎👎👎👎
The treatment was less than average and was not as described on Treatwell (ie deep cleansing facial with extraction). What’s more is that it took 20 minutes to prove I had paid on the app! My therapist Sara spent most of the time outside the treatment room and did not put much effort into the treatment. I had to manually move the steamer to direct to my face. I will not revisit the salon.
