Awful experience. They try to charge you an extra £10 for curls when it doesnt state that before. The lady doing my hair was very rude, kept looking elsewhere whilst doing my hair and burning my scalp to the point where i had to pull away. General service not good. They talk amongst themselves in their language, and i had one lady towering over me as i was getting my hair done by another. I asked for curls as a blowdry and it did not turn out curly at all and the lady tried to blame it on me by saying its because my hair is straight and because i opted for the blowdry instead of using straightners to curl. I have naturally curly hair actually so curls always work as blowdries.
