Kelly was amazing, my hair looks amazing and feels so healthy. More than that, I felt so welcome and at ease.
Even though the salon is a bit far for me to get to, it's worth the effort and time for the good service and wicked staff.
They ladies were very professional.and did a very difficult colour job that no one else in london knew how to do!

It was my first time at the salon, quite a vibrant ambience, very distinct and colourful from other places. The stylists were very friendly and competent. My 2 yr old was surprisingly quite still during her haircut. The overall result was not quite what I was expecting but it was good nevertheless.

I so regret coming here. My hair has been completely butchered. It was painful to see her grabbing handfuls of hair and chopping into it at random, including my fringe. I wanted to stand up and leave but it was such an awkward situation. I’ve never seen cutting like it.
I asked her to stop and just style it to go, as I was meeting friends straight after. She waved a diffuser around my head (NOT how a diffuser is used) which of course made it frizzy. It was so obviously bad she tried to make up for it by spraying lots of heavily scented serums in my hair. I couldn’t leave like that - my hair hasn’t looked that bad since I was prepubescent - so wetted it with water and left like that. Appalling. Cried immediately upon leaving the salon and when I got home later, saw that the layers around my hair are 3” shorter on one side than the other.
Wish I’d never come here. Now I have to wear my hair up until I can go to a real hairdresser to fix this utter mess.
