I've had some really good haircuts here in the past year. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and non-judgmental. (There's even a cute dog that's sometimes there.) They're also professional and kind, offering tea or coffee, and usually running on time. Decent value, too. And great if you're getting bored and want to try something more experimental with your hair.

The salon contacted me on the day to say they were running behind and moved me to an hour later,
Booking was for full head highlights, luxury conditioning treatment and cut.
The stylist said full head wouldn't be necessary and did t section instead. Upon leaving I was told i owed £20 for a 'treatment'. So not only did I pay for full head and got T section, but also had to spend an extra £20 on the treatment.
