I love getting my haircut here!

I am really disappointed with my cut and colour. I never complain about haircuts but this one has left me feeling really bad about myself. I came in August and got this really vibrant red from the colourist (no bleach) and it was great. My experience this time is that the stylist didn't really understand what I wanted, shamed me for leaving my roots to grow out, dyed my hair too dark, rushed to chop my hair without any clear style and didn't care when the 'purple' in my hair was actually brown.
