The shop is really clean and beautiful on the corner of Selly Oak. Carlene was very friendly from start to finish. It was my first ever Bikini wax (soft wax), and she was gentle, hence making it a (relatively) pain-free experience for me. She did a beautiful job overall, thank you! I would highly recommend going to her, if you ever need a round of waxing, as it is difficult to find good waxing technicians anywhere!
