It’s the second time that I’ve visited the salon, both times the staff were late and the salon was not open. This time I was left in torrential rain for 15 minutes.
The staff were not apologetic and the lady who did my hair was huffing and puffing, sloppily applying bleach to my hair. She then made a call and spoke/shouted loudly down the phone. There was no music so the salon seemed very dead.
I was offered tea or coffee, but then there was no coffee.
I feel this salon is very unprofessional and I’ll not return. Very disappointed.

Was fine. Needed a cheap haircut and she did a good job. Although it had to be rescheduled very last minute, on the rescheduled time I arrived to a closed shop. I then had to wait on the street for 10 minutes whilst I waited for the staff to arrive. This was a shame.
