Great service and staff. There was some confusion around the Wella colour treatment I had booked which appears to be due to Treatwell's description of the service, it turns out this includes no real colour treatment which is definitely not as described. Luckily the staff were great and were able to give me a different service before my booked treatment to ensure that I left happy. Lovely natural highlights and a good wavy blow dry which is very hard to find in London - thanks Veronica!
Jess was lovely. She did a great job on my hair cut and blow dry and I loved the final look. Jess was also really nice and made sure I was looked after and comfortable throughout

Huge pleasure meeting such professionals.
The service I have booked via Treatwell was unfortunately not clear to me and hence would be pointless. What was called "Wella Colour Blowdry: Power to Shine" was in fact Blowdry with well gloss. So my grey roots would have remain grey.
In addition my colour was a result of me playing around with non-standard mix.
Facing those two challenges, Karen, Malcolm and Jessica discussed various options and managed perfect solution for me making my hair look fabulous and me happy!
They won my heart by their personality and professional knowledge - you can trust them!
I had some highlights done by Jessica. She was very friendly and professional. Very good experience. I will definitely go back.
