The massage was good but there was a hard polo-shaped pillow pressing against my face causing pain in my eyes and mouth. I didn't realise until afterwards it was removable or I would have taken it off. I couldn't see properly for about an hour after the massage because of the pressure against my eyes. I expected to be massaged on both sides as I had booked for an hour but I was lying on my front the whole time. Someone opened the door twice during the massage which made me uncomfortable.
