This is the second time I've had my lashes lifted. Lauren and I chatted about how I'd felt about my lashes and took account of the physiology of my eyes, to make sure that my lashes weren't caught up in the skin (I have hooded eyes). I'm really happy with the end result. I don't wear makeup, and this makes my eyes look more open, which I really love (without the faff of mascara!).

Great experience...entry to the salon is compact but plenty room to sit and wait and lovely atmosphere. Treatment rooms are large clean and feel very elegant and relaxing. Appreciated a chair to get changed on and leave clothes! All staff were nice and helpful a d my therapist Marilyn was great. Nice calm personality, gave me a great facial and emailed a personalised treatment plan very soon afterwards. Great service!
