Lauren was professional and expert and also friendly and she immediately put me at ease. The result is perfect with no redness or reaction which I have experienced elsewhere. The room is large but not luxurious or especially spa-like but perfectly adequate. I recommend this salon unreservedly and will return. My best waxing treatment.
