The lady who did my treatment was lovely and very accommodating when I phoned to say I was running late. Unfortunately the actual treatment itself did not satisfy my expectations. The glue from the eyelashes stuck my top lashes to my bottom lashes (which I believe my bottom lashes should have initially been covered with something to prevent that happening) this resulted in my bottom lashes being damaged. The actual lashes themselve were not any better looking than wearing a decent mascara and are very irritating on my eyes. Would not recommend the treatment but the salon and staff were lovely.
