Awful!!! I have extensions in my hair which I asked before hand if this was ok, which she said that this was fine. Took an hour to comb through my hair and she had matted it during the treatment. I asked for a small amount off and now you can see where my hair meets the extensions as the blending was not done correctly. Was also ripping my hair apart during the whole process which I asked her not too, I had to ask for heat protecter to be applied to my hair before the hairdryer. Not a great experience when the receptionist had to get involved with taking the knots out and telling the hairdresser that ‘it’s extensions and you need to be more careful’ no volume once the blow dry was done. I now have to go else where to fix the blending which there was no problem before.

Absolutely love my wash, cut and blow dry 😍 she did exactly what I wanted! Thankyou so much ladies I Will definitely be back again!

Unfortunately the salon had to reschedule my appointment 30 minutes beforehand due to a power cut. This meant I was out of pocket already as I needed to secure a sitter for the next day. Booked ombre but as I also needed my roots done, which I didn't realise wasn't included in ombre, they quoted me an extra £60. Just had it dyed instead. Could be a screen between chairs as I felt very close to the person right next to me.
