I booked a 10am slot for a haircut. I was left to wait until 10.50am for the haircut to begin due to a double booking and a lack of staff. I gave the manager feedback (11.25pm)that I had been waiting nearly an hour for my haircut to begin. The manager did not offer a refund nor a complimentary service. This is terrible customer service - they should have called me beforehand to reschedule to a later time or offered an act of goodwill. I’m a busy working mother of a 1 year old & will not return
My first visit. Underarm waxing was causing redness and in some parts became sensitive.
After Eyebrows threading left one eyebrow threaded more than other.
Overall place clean,staff polite and friendly but service’s disappointed and done in a rush.
