Terrible from the beginning, my appointment got moved 2 hours back initially by the salon. Arrived at the agreed time, had to wait an additional 40 minutes to go in. In the appointment it didn’t seem like the beautician carried out the procedure correctly in comparison to previous experience. Wax kept falling onto my sock and randomly as she went back and forth with the stick. Skin has felt very irritated in the weeks after appointment. Not a good experience at all.
